Exchanges only for defects or errors.
We will exchange an item only if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery at: [email protected]. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Sizing exchanges are not available.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages are the responsibility of the carrier.
Once shipped, River Lane Ranch is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or stolen items. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.

Preorders cannot be canceled.
Preordered or made-to-order items may take 2–4 additional weeks to ship.
Incorrect addresses.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
Packages returned to us will require a reship fee.
International orders.
Buyers are responsible for any customs, duty, or import fees.

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, email us within 7 days with photos and we will make it
